My personal experience with Agile (as a technical writer and usability specialist) showed me three benefits that should speak volumes to executives:

1) We delivered our product ahead of time
2) We delivered our product with fewer bugs and rave reviews by customers and analysts
3) We delivered our product with less stress and less over-time

It talks about how non-developers see numbers differently to developers and how we need to learn to talk a little in their language. It’s something I’ve seen and struggled with in the work place.
