		<description>Your whole essay contains a very large unwitting assumption; the assumption being that there can&#039;t possibly be anything wrong with AGILE, so if it doesn&#039;t work for people it&#039;s because there must be something wrong with the people themselves.

Maybe you should consider rethinking your assumption and see where that leads.</description>
