Agile Project Management for GIS now online

This month, Dave Bouwman and I authored an article on agile project management for GIS development projects in GIS Development Magazine.  The article was published in the hard copy magazine and is now available online also.  If you’re interested in reading the article, check it out here.

    I read your Agile GIS article – and have to fully agree. Agile techniques are an ideal way to approach a GIS development project – allows two-way communication with stakeholders as well as being flexible and able to react quickly to changing business requirements. In my view, and the way I work, the most sensible approach to managing a GIS project.
