What are you passionate about? What keeps you awake at night?

Those are the first two questions Tim Miller (CEO of Rally Software) asked me when I came to work for him.  Before then, I don’t think I ever stopped and asked myself either of those questions.  But they’re important to answer.  Understanding your answer to these questions can make a huge difference in whether you are happy in your work and your life.  Read the rest of this post
